I began working on apartments with my father in 1970, helping make them livable for our family of nine. What started with painting, spackling, and taping grew into a lifelong, hands-on education in how homes are built, maintained, and repaired.

When I became a homeowner at 26, I gained a deeper appreciation for the challenges that come with caring for a home. Over the decades, I’ve handled a wide range of repairs and improvements—and I know how frustrating it can be when a simple problem leads to an expensive service call.

Those experiences inspired me to keep learning and to offer homeowners dependable, fairly priced solutions they can feel good about. Today, I bring that same practical approach to every project, from small repairs to larger renovations.

As a licensed and insured general contractor, I manage projects of all sizes and coordinate qualified professionals when specialized work is needed. I oversee the details, scheduling, and quality of each phase, with a focus on safe, code-compliant work and a smooth experience from start to finish.
